I’m currently in the military and I’m thinking of getting out I would love to make over $100,000, any ideas?

I’ve served my country for the past 6 years (enlisted) and receive a B.A. in Business Administration. I’ve worked in Aviation Maintenance Administration (Computer Networking, program management, etc..) And I’m now at a crossroad were if I stay in I have a secure job as an Officer or get out and take my chances, I need to find a job that pays well over $55K to maintain my lifestyle and that has a great potential to get to $100K within a few years. What careers with this degree will get me an opportunity to earn that kind of income? More details: I live in Ventura County, Southern California, I’m in my early 20’s, very smart I was on the top 3% of my graduating Class and been a top performer in the military.
All these answers are awesome but I’m not looking for an MLM. I would really like to here from those of you who have been in the military and got out and now are doing great in a career or as a business owners (not a Network Marketing professional) and would not have it otherwise. I think any prior military who did not retire from the military would understand my position.

your military training will not be of much help in the civilian world, the military does things their way right or wrong as most company’s do things the way the rest of the world does, if you have programming, SAP,Oracle, etc training that would be a good start.

I have a home business, but I’m not going to promote that to you. Instead what I’d suggest is that if you have a good background, aptitude or interest in financial services, you may want to contact a medium to large sized securities broker/dealer and inquie about their training programs in sales.
Good luck to you in whatever you choose, and thank you for your service to our country.

Well Sir the best way I’ve found to make the kind of income your looking for is in Multi Level Marketing(MLM). The income is really up to you. Some make thousands in a week and some make zero in a week. But he greatest thing about MLM is that there is no cap, no overhead, no bosses. But you will have upline help, in order to maximize your ability. So why wait for a few years to make 100k when you could possibly make that in a month or two. Its all up to you. In the words of Robert Kiyosaki “the average person goes to work, the wealthy build networks”.

I think you have a great chance at meeting your goal. The employers of today want the military person, start looking on the internet, career builder has a salary finder, which lets you know what the state and area of employment that you are seeking is paid. The marketing business is normally a joke, as I would maybe try a large financial institution. The other hand I would stay in the military as long as possible to get the benefits.
