    Go to about.com they have all kinds of tutorials on networking, internet protocol, OSI model network topologies, windows networking, networking design, etc.

    I suggest you start with A+ certification, then Network+, then Server+, Security +, and finally….look into Cisco.

    You get what you pay for, so anything free isnt gonna be very helpful. If you are still in school…see if your system offers classes. If you are out…look into state technical schools or community colleges.
